Business Analyst II, Ring Subscriptions
Ring is seeking a Business Analyst to own, design, and maintain subscriptions reporting and business planning processes. We are passionate about our mission and look for a similarly passionate analyst to drive forecasting and reporting, strategic assessments, project valuation, and data analysis. This is a key role where, as a member of the subscriptions team, you will ensure that the customer journey is being effectively defined and measured in order to drive both a better customer experience and subscription growth on a global scale.

You will focus on deep diving underlying input drivers, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, GTM, Product, and Sales partners to connect outputs and translate them into insights to inform and execute business decisions. You will identify & monitor key drivers influencing subscription performance (e.g., acquisition, cost-to-serve, monetization, retention, etc.) and help be the voice of the customer as you work with data and subscriptions leaders to set the strategy and define the future roadmap. A successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.

Key job responsibilities
1) Partner with BI and Finance to create comprehensive operational plans and financial models for subscription revenue, growth, and profitability.
2) Establish and maintain performance measurement framework, including key metrics (e.g., ARR, ARPU, Churn, etc.) to be leveraged during business reviews and operational planning
3) Track business performance against goals and contribute to goal reviews with leadership; develop and implement policies and programs to maintain and improve profitability
4) Work with cross-functional partners to deliver projects such as new program/product launches, innovations, and cohort analysis that help us better serve customers.
5) Dive deep into subscriptions analytics and customer feedback, discovering and evangelizing insights within the team and across the organization.
