One of our Energy client is looking for Business Analyst/Accountant with good expereince working in Energy sector and reconcilliation between client payment platform and the bank software used to pay suppliers Business Analyst II Location: Baltimore, MD Duration: 3 months Description: Provide business function support in various power delivery settings in addition, develop processes to satisfy the needs and requirements of a diverse financial group that utilize a variety of O&M, Capital and/or balance sheet and clearing accounts. Minimum of either a Bachelors degree or an Associates Degree and 5 years experience in preparing project estimates in the electric and gas utility industry using software and or estimating manuals to expedite estimating preparation process. Utilize PC and mainframe applications, such as Microsoft Office, People Soft, Time, EERS, and PassPort proficiently. Develop customized reports. May be expected to travel throughout client territory as required using personal vehicle and possesses a valid driver’s license. Position Requirements: Some accounting background needed. Ability to perform transaction reconciliations. Strong communication skills to work with suppliers, domestic and abroad. This person will work in our expense management platform, assisting employees. This person will perform reconciliations between our payment platform and the bank software used to pay suppliers via virtual credit cards.
