Seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in deploying Concur Travel & Expense IT solutions. The ideal candidate must have problem-solving and analytical skills, work independently, communicate effectively, and build positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
**Functional Business Requirements:**
Build, facilitate, and detail functional business requirements by gathering and analyzing information.
Ensure requirements are comprehensible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Business Process Understanding:**
Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
Build strong rapport with business users.
**Project Management:**
Showcase your project management skills and ability to meet all achievements and timelines.
Aid in scope identification, project planning, and status reporting.
**User Workshops and Training:**
Collaborate in user workshops to outline requirements, draft use and arguments, and develop workflow processes.
Develop training materials for end users and assist in facilitating user acceptance processes.
**Support and Issue Resolution:**
Serve as a point of contact for any blocking issues or concerns related to Expense Report Help Desk.
Identify, report, track, and resolve system/process issues, offering suggestions for improvement.
Assess issues, ensure resolution, and advance when necessary.
**Reporting and Analysis:**
Run and/or build detailed analysis reports and queries within the Concur Reporting Tool.
Support special projects, including improvements, rollouts, and implementations.
**Collaboration and Communication:**
Serve as the main liaison between business users and technical teams.
Work with IT partners (internal and external) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
**Policy Development and Compliance:**
Assist with developing and interpreting policies.
Ensure expenses are within policy and procedures, advancing when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
SAP Concur Certified Implementation Partner Associate.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and interaction skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and build business relationships with internal departments and third parties.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective time management.
Technical Knowledge:
Integration processes (API, SFTP server data migration, Middleware workflows, etc.).
ERPs (E1, IBS, SAP PR1/S4/C11/PRO, etc.).
Business Spend Management Systems (Cognos, ServiceNow, Planview, Coupa, Power BI etc.).
