This position will be **full-time** and **remote.** **What You’ll Do** + BSAs are responsible for testing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of software, products, and systems. Functions as a liaison between internal and external business partners to identify, analyze and document requirements to develop new features needed for the Web application. The candidate will also be responsible to work with various internal groups like development team, software test team and others to make sure that agreed upon solution is documented and delivered to end users. This role participates in the formulation and definition of project scope and objectives for assigned departmental projects. They will also be involved in capturing changes to existing documentation to help modify existing features of the application. + Candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, as well as logical, and analytical skills, which can be applied across multiple applications. + Candidate must have hands on experience with manual testing of web-based applications and analyzing logs in case of issues. + Conduct testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines. + Candidate must have prior experience with writing and executing SQL queries to fetch and analyze data. + Develop scope of work to satisfy business goals and requirements and translate business requirements to functional and technical specifications. + Responsible for creating functional requirements, technical requirements, implementation details, unit test conditions using templates provided by SDLC process. + Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, risk mitigation, unit testing and transition of applications into a production environment. + Candidate must be familiar with general programming and system analysis concepts. + Candidate must have prior experience with checking logs, recreate error codes, bugs, and defects. + Candidate will be responsible for executing test conditions and will be performing basic regression testing of application in controlled environment to ensure better quality of software is delivered to Software Test team and eventually to production. + Work with system developers, technical analysts, testing teams, project managers and end users to assist in development, validation, and delivery of all aspects of the solution according to schedule and with the required functionality + Analyze/document new and existing processes and procedures in confluence. + Work as part of a team to conceptualize solutions for the improvement of business goals + Maintaining team spirit and a positive attitude. + Candidate must have prior exposure to Agile methodology. + Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment. + Collaborate with the scrum team in the design of Event based interfaces -JSON, Rest APIs , SNS, S3, SQS, DynamoDB **What You'll Need** Required: + 8+ years of experience. + MS Office Tools (MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWER POINT, MS VISIO) + Oracle and SQL + Experience with SPA based web applications + Working Experience on Microservice based applications using AWS services, Event based interfaces, JSON, XMLs, Rest APIs, Web services + Experience with testing Rest APIs, Webservices , Backend services using AWS– S3, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB + Logging tools like Splunk. + JIRA and confluence + Good Oral and Written communication skills Other Requirements (Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical): + Prior experience with software testing standards, practices, methods, and tools + Excellent planning, organization, and problem identification skills + Excellent information and data analysis skills + Demonstrated problem solving ability + Excellent technical and business terminology to consult with clients, vendors and other internal staff + Proven ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously (balance workload) + Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable accommodation statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.
