Kforce has a client seeking a Business Analyst II in Miami, FL. Duties Include: * Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements by working closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers * Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, process flows, and user guides * Create, review, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate system functionality and business requirements * Collaborate with development teams to ensure system changes meet business needs and comply with technical requirements * Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system enhancements and process changes * Facilitate and participate in requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and sprint planning * As a Business Analyst, you will assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test plans, tracking defects, and ensuring issue resolution * Support project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, and risk assessment * Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionalities and enhancements * Maintain documentation standards and ensure alignment with best practices
