Business Analyst II (N)

SUMMARY

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. The Marketing Operations Business Analyst will provide support to the Marketing Operations organization through the execution of core configuration (setup), testing, reporting, and cataloging of marketing campaign records, campaign assets, digital marketing assets, marketing lists and marketing automation programs. This role is critical to the daily execution of ongoing activities that support demand generation, customer marketing, and customer retention initiatives for the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Develop and document standards and workflow processes for marketing campaign configuration tasks Daily execution of campaign configuration tasks, including, but not limited to: Campaign record creation and testing in Salesforce.com Campaign asset tagging and testing Web page/web form mapping to campaigns Digital marketing asset tagging and testing Marketing list imports, tagging and QA Marketing automation program naming, tagging, foldering and data connections Testing support for all new marketing campaign and initiative launches Develop and document standards and workflow processes for marketing operations audit and QA tasks Manage Marketing Operations Rolling Audit Cycles, including, but not limited to: Weekly audit cycles to QA, Catalog and/or Archive campaign records, campaign and program assets, campaign lists, and automation programs Weekly audit cycles to QA, Tag and Update digital marketing assets (web pages, web forms, blog articles, etc.) Monthly testing of existing digital and marketing automation web forms and workflows, report any errors and assist with troubleshooting/resolutionInternal Use For RealPage Internal Use Only Monthly testing of existing marketing phone numbers and associated campaign tracking, report any errors and assist with troubleshooting/resolution Support marketing target list mapping and data import processes Support basic report creation in Pardot and Salesforce systems QA report in Pardot and Salesforce systems as part of rolling audit and QA practices Train team members on marketing campaign configuration and marketing operations audit standards and processes (as-needed)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

Graduate in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent work experience required 1+ years' marketing data, marketing operations or sales operations experience within a B2B technology company – SaaS preferred Strong attention to detail, experience in auditing, data management, cataloging or reporting preferred Experience with documenting business requirements for data, systems or business operations processes a requirement Strong time-management and prioritization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) Working knowledge of a CRM platform (Salesforce.com) a plus Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (Work from Home, Onsite or Hybrid) Must be willing to work in a Night Shift Applicant must be proficient in using MS Excel
