Kforce has a client in Seattle, WA that is seeking a Business Analyst III. This role is requiring an individual who thinks big and will build reporting capability to measure satisfaction metrics. Responsibilities: * The BA will proactively identify problems with significant business impact; facilitate analysis to identify problems and opportunities * Define the problem, requirements, define the analytical approach, design the analytical output and design for automation * Own the effective communication of metrics and analysis * Consistently own and deliver deep dives in the form of narratives that influence business direction * Effectively manage project resources; create solutions to unexpected obstacles and reallocate resources as necessary * Set long-term vision and direction for team projects * The BA will be working with the data engineering team to build the business requirements to evolve the insights and analysis about the Customer Experience
