Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, inside sales support
In this role, you will be responsible for making research analytics about potential customer and communicate to the prospective customers/leads and drive deal closure.
Responsibilities
• Industry research analytics for potential customers
• Lead generation and inside sales support and calling up inbound leads that are generated from the company website and microsites.
• The resource should be able to communicate well in US accent
• Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings
• Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted
• The resource must be able to understand customer requirements to aim conversion of lead into prospective opportunity and drive closure
• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
• Conducting market research and analytics to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need.
• Managing inbound leads and ensuring they have proper follow-up within two (2) business days
• Continuing outreach to leads for up to four (4) attempts before dispositioning, i.e., dropping the lead
• Utilizing sales ERP application/other relevant tool to track and update the status of leads throughout the funnel
• Work with appropriate sales owners for smooth handoff and transition of communication
• When applicable, do additional research on leads and lead companies, online activity, and seniority
• Work with sales through the lifecycle of the leads, following up with sales to understand the outcome and next steps
• Document all work and conversations with customers in Salesforce lead records
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good years of relevant experiance.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
• Have ability to sell products by convincing communication
• Experience with online platforms, tools and protocols
• Confident in a multicultural, environment
• Strong interpersonal skill
Preferred qualifications
• Complete Work from Office
• Prior experience as a with communicative US accent or similar.
• Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
• Computer literate with fluency in working on MS office applications
• Should be able to work independently
• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach demonstrated proficiency with written English and with US English accent
• Strong attention to detail.
