Business Analyst Intermediate
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst Intermediate based in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. In this role, you will analyze and design business systems, understand the needs of assigned customer groups from both business and technical perspectives, and see through the implementation of business requirements. You will also perform systems testing, and act as a liaison between business user groups and technical systems groups. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the analysis and design of business systems • Develop a thorough understanding of the needs of assigned customer groups from a business and technical perspective • Work closely with clients and other system groups to capture and implement business requirements • Perform systems testing, and report progress • Act as a liaison between business user groups and technical systems groups • Execute detailed test plans and test cases • Track defects and assess risks to quality based on results of verification and validation • Make appropriate recommendations based on risk assessments • Coordinate with other UAT members, Business, and Technology for successful implementation. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in reporting and quality design. • Should be able to track progress and oversee implementation of business strategies. • Must act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills are a must for effective coordination and interaction. • Experience in testing and execution of business strategies. • Should be capable of verification and validation of business plans and strategies. • Strong interpersonal skills are required for team coordination and collaboration. • Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents is necessary. • Should be capable of conducting risk assessments and creating validation plans. • Must have strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving. • Experience in creating and managing test cases is essential. • Should be able to capture and track defects in the system. • Must have experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Should be able to assess risks and create detailed test plans accordingly. • Experience in AB testing is a plus. • Knowledge of QA management is necessary. • Must have a deep understanding of business systems.
