Description We are seeking a Business Analyst Intermediate to join our team in the Banking industry based in CHICAGO, Illinois. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be tasked with coordinating the analysis and design of business systems, liaising between business user groups and technical systems groups, and executing systems testing. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the design and analysis of business systems • Serve as the bridge between business user groups and technical systems groups • Ensure accurate capture of business requirements and oversee their implementation • Execute systems testing to maintain the efficacy of business systems • Oversee data management within Salesforce, including data entry, clean-up, and migration • Act as the point of contact for data questions, discrepancies, and reporting • Identify and implement process improvements for data management • Develop and implement data policies and processes • Assure the quality of data and manage discrepancies • Regularly review and update business requirement documents. Requirements • Proven experience in Data Entry and Reporting within the banking industry • Demonstrable understanding of banking Policy and Design • Proficiency in Implementation processes and acting as a Liaison between departments • Ability to identify and rectify Discrepancies in data or workflows • Experience in Executing business strategies and plans • Knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies and Quality Assurance practices • Experience in preparing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents • Competency in Data Management and Capture techniques • Experience with Data Migration projects within a banking environment • Understanding of AB Testing procedures and its application in business analysis • Familiarity with the Salesforce Platform and its usage in business operations • Proficiency in QA Management and its application in maintaining business systems • Experience with various Business Systems within the banking industry Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
