Traveloka is Southeast Asia’s leading travel platform, we're passionate about bringing the best travel experience to millions of our users, and we're looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team!

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be supporting the Market Management team in analyzing data, supporting projects, collaborating with teams, and assisting in improving business operations.

Work with market managers to monitor hotel performance and identify any improvement area.Build data tool and conduct business analysis to support market managers on decision making.Work with internal stakeholders (product team, data team) to deliver on projects or initiatives.Work with market manager to support daily tasks including: Supporting and answering hotels on their enquiries; Managing relationship with hotels; Pitching, negotiating and setting campaign participation for hotels.Reach out to hotels to acquire them onboarding to Traveloka; Supporting the acquisition and onboarding process for hotels.Support on data preparation for projects and initiatives, including: Market research, market sizing exercise, data validation and clean up."

Requirements

Pursuing an S1/Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Commercial. Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of study.Proficiency in working with numbers, extensive data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint slide creation. Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach.A proactive, results-driven individual with a strong commitment to learning and growth.Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge in Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plusPreferred but not required: previous internship experience in Business / Marketing / similar roles.
