Calling all college juniors! NVR is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join its corporate technology team in Reston, VA

If you are working towards a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field and graduating Winter of 2025 or Spring of 2026, we would love for you to join our 2025 Internship Program!

As a Business Analyst intern you will work cross-functionally to understand business needs and problems to provide data-driven solutions. You will analyze data to identify key patterns, themes, and areas of opportunity. You will have the opportunity to learn our business, visit homebuilding and plant sites, and build foundational career skills.

What You’ll Do:

Consult with business teams to identify problems and opportunities

Document business requirements, processes, and proposed solutions

Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of business data and processes

Create process flow diagrams, charts, presentations, and other tools to communicate analysis

Assist analysts and project teams in solution planning and requirements gathering

Identify root causes influencing business outcomes and challenges
