Overview As an RPA Business Analyst Intern, you will support the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and RPA developers. This internship offers hands-on experience in identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of RPA projects. Seeking a student going to school full time (at least 12 credit hours) pursuing a bachelor’s degree to work 20 to 40 hours per week (8am-5pm – Monday-Friday) with flexibility around the student’s class schedule. Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Assist in eliciting and documenting business requirements from various departments for RPA initiatives. Process Mapping: Collaborate with business teams to understand and map existing manual processes, identifying opportunities for automation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals. Data Analysis: Support data collection and analysis to assess the feasibility of automating processes. Solution Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation including process flow diagrams, use cases, and requirement specifications to assist the development team. Automation Support: Assist in submitting BOT access requests and ensuring the necessary infrastructure is in place for RPA deployments. Manage multiple tasks while accurately maintaining record of work accomplishments Perform other duties as directed and assigned by the manager. Qualifications Completed freshman undergraduate studies with declared major in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. Academic and practical experience MS Suite (Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability and willingness to learn Attention to detail, flexible/adaptable Minimum 3.00 GPA
