Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Business Analyst - IT I to fill a 3-month contract located in Toronto. Please note this position is fully remote and has potential to be extended past 3-months.
As a Business Analyst - IT I, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Collaborating with sales user clients to support system improvement, requirements refinement and ongoing change management
Coordinating system releases and implementations with Manulife IT
Reporting to management on usage, adoption, and other key metrics
Qualifications required for Business Analyst - IT I include:
3 years experience in sales enablement technologies and 2-3 years progressive business experience
Proven skills in Agile Management Framework (AMF), Project Management Framework (PMF), workflow design and SDLC
Systems knowledge of Salesforce.com products, WalkMe, Seismic, Microsoft Azure/Power BI, Microsoft Office 365 an asset
