Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Capture and analyze data and define processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with platform and application teams across all Global Businesses and Functions to gather Secrets Management requirements. Collaboration: Collaborate with Identity and Access Management, Architecture, Cyber Security, and Global Business areas to define a target operating model for Secrets Management. Regional Requirements: Engage with regional teams, including those in Highly Regulated countries, to capture region-specific Secrets Management needs. Documentation: Prepare detailed requirements documentation for review and sign-off by senior stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Technical Requirements Gathering: Experience in DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines within Cloud and on-premise environments. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with infrastructure and application teams. Data Analysis & Process Mapping: Strong skills in analyzing data and mapping processes. IAM/PAM Migration Projects: Previous hands-on experience in IAM or PAM migration projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working with technical, cybersecurity, and operational teams. IAM Control Frameworks: Technical understanding of IAM and control capabilities and requirements, with experience in defining/supporting IAM Control Frameworks. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.

Desirable Skills:

Secrets Management: Prior experience in Secrets Management. Global Collaboration: Experience working with global teams. Agile & Tool Familiarity: Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
