Main responsabilities:

Analyse with the organization team the functional requirements and be able to coordinate the development of the business functionalities in time and cost

Coordination of a knowledge area and a group of projects

Plan all activities requested by the OE regarding the IT Plan

Be able to discuss the IT solutions with all stakeholders

Ensure quality deliveries and associated technical documentation.

Together with the stakeholders involved, the Product Owner and the Scrum Master, manage the product backlog to meet the need for change and the defined requirements.

 

Key requirements:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or Software Engineering or similar

Experienced Business analyst, with knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

Knowledge of the technological stack: spring boot, maven, GIT & GitHub, Angular, Spring, REST services/architecure, SQL is mandatory

Knowledge of Agile methodology (preferred)

Languages: Portuguese and English fluency

Customer and Market Excellence, Entrepreneurship and Trust

Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively partner and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.
