Job description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our project on the Asian side of Istanbul. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a particular advantage given to those with experience in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Identify business needs and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency. Perform gap analysis to understand existing processes and recommend improvements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and processes. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategies. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Create detailed reports and dashboards to track project progress and outcomes. Provide ongoing support for system and process enhancements.Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements. Telecommunications industry experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
