Summary: We are looking for a Software Business Analyst to support our teams in either Omaha, Nebraska or Louisville, Colorado. We are in a hybrid office model (3 days/week, Tues-Thurs). We are not able to sponsor H1b for this particular role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Analyze and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and use cases.Coordinate multiple development teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.Facilitate cross-functional communication and meetings to synchronize efforts.Manage and monitor project timelines and deliverables.Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.Provide regular status updates and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Assist in the development and execution of test plans.Ensure that the final product meets the business requirements and quality standards.Qualifications:
7+ years in Information technology sector5+ years as a Business Analyst for software Development projectsWorking with stakeholders and developersPrior experience with Jira for trackingWorking in a scrum environmentAbility to create user storiesExperience with the SDLCExperience working on development projects from scratch#ConcentrixCatalyst.
