We are seeking a highly skilled and organized business analyst (Presentation Specialist) to join our team. As a business Analyst (Presentation Specialist), you will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations, content, and documents that effectively communicate complex ideas and data.

Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations for stakeholdersCollaborate with various departments to create compelling presentation materials for technical and business pitches, executive meetings, and other important events and summitsOrganize and manage a large volume of documents and data using spreadsheets, word documents, PowerPoint, and other organizational toolsDesign templates and create graphics that visually enhance the content of presentations and documentsEnsure that all materials adhere to Navy Federal brand guidelines and standardsMaintain an up-to-date understanding of best practices in presentation design and data visualization and content managementProvide training and support to colleagues on effective presentation techniques and web portals, sharepoint, and software toolsWork independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work with minimum supervisionContinuously seek to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, marketing, or communicationsStrong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software toolsProven ability to create visually engaging presentations and documentsExcellent organizational and content management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in a related role is preferred, but not required
