About the Role:
We have immediate openings for a Business/Project Controls Analyst in our PG&E Infrastructure division. In this role, you will engage in various business and project control tasks that require the application of fundamental techniques and analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Job Status Management: Maintain the daily status of each job from start to finish, involving extensive follow-up with Inspectors and Contractors. You will validate data and update the tracker as changes occur throughout the day.Weekly Summary DOR: Compile a weekly summary that includes:Status of all active idocs and completed ordersQuality assurance review of completed projects by the Project ManagerNon-estimated/Expense Orders completed in the field/DC33 not completedStatus of customer complaint cases (CASES)Capture of weekly routine emergenciesCreation of a weekly planned outage dashboard and late cancellation reason details dashboardInvoice summaries for all completed jobsOpen Notification Report from TrackerData analytics for projects received from Contract ExecutionVerification of resource changes and updating SAP via email to ED-Construction Resource ChangeProject Controls:
Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for resolving complex project control problems.Analyze, evaluate, and forecast current status against an established baseline schedule.Cost Tracking / Budgeting / Forecasting Assess the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.Dashboard ReportsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience5+ years of relevant work experienceBasic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related fieldProficient in PC skills, including various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office SuiteWhat We Offer:
