Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager in Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities: * Business Analyst/Project Manager manages active and assigned IT projects supporting SBA's Domestic and International operations * Sets project goals, maintains budget estimates, and develops project plans to be on schedule and within budget * Schedule meetings with teams, stakeholders, and vendors for assigned IT projects as needed * Manages change requests, tracks additional costs and manages project scope * Identify risks and inform management of issues that may impact project deliverables and/or schedules * Create project charters, ROI's and other documents in support of IT projects * As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will provide project status reports to team members, executive management and vendors as required * Ensures compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards * Direct supervision of IT Business Analyst * Manages the gather of business requirements and creation of technical and functional specifications for IT projects * Assures proper training and release plans are completed * Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence * Maintain SharePoint and other databases with project status and key project information * Other projects and duties as assigned
