Business Analyst/Project Manager (Capital Market)

Job description

 

Mission Description: 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to FX and capital markets. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project management best practices. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform project decisions and strategies. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Profile Requirement: 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis and project management within the FX and capital markets domain. Strong understanding of financial instruments, market dynamics, and trading processes. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) are a plus. Who are we? Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
