Business Analyst/Project Manager (reconciliation)

Mission Description

Analyze and propose solutions for new requirements with stakeholders. Lead the development of functional solutions with business and IT teams. Define solutions and implementation roadmaps. Communicate with internal and external parties to gather functional requirements and create necessary documentation. Organize and facilitate key project meetings. Identify and report project risks and issues. Plan migration strategies and manage change activities. Coordinate and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Oversee decision-making processes for solution design and validation. Ensure adherence to project governance throughout implementation. Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams. Maintain strong relationships with business sponsors and stakeholders. Profile Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the banking industry as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in Banking. Knowledge of reconciliation systems, such as Intellimatch. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow). Who are we? Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
