About The Role

We are seeking a proactive individual to fill the role of an RPA Business Analyst. This role involves analyzing critical business processes and reporting needs and co-creating data or automation solutions. The ideal candidate will enhance and optimize processes across various teams to achieve peak efficiency in performance and cost reduction, while also elevating quality, minimizing errors, and reducing lead times.

What to expect:

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and convert them into technical specifications for RPA solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements for data solutions.Analyze business process requirements to develop precise automation workflows.Manage the full lifecycle of RPA solutions, from identifying automation opportunities and gathering requirements, to implementation, testing, and deployment.Document customer business requirements clearly to ensure effective deployment of automation projects.Conduct process design and complexity analyses to identify prime candidates for automation.Produce process documentation and user guides to support the adoption of RPA solutions.Explore and document AI use cases in collaboration with RPA and data engineers

What will make you successful:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2-3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst/RPA Developer preferred.Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Power PlatformSkilled in creating technical specification documents for RPA projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strategic thinking with a focus on both operational and critical aspects.Effective problem solver with robust listening skills.Dedicated to process improvement with a client-centric approach.Effective networker with negotiation skills to resolve complex issues.Energetic team player with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
