We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
• Provide Business, Product Owner and Agile team with the functional support whilst evolving the product roadmap, creation of user stories and managing the product backlog.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Work closely with Scrum / POD teams and ensure end to end delivery of requirements. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. This role requires to communicate to key stakeholders on day-to-day basis to gather and build requirements
• Participate in PROD Support issues / changes and deliver functional and stakeholder impact
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Policy modelling using OPM Tool
• Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and development team Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior BA’s

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Experienced in Agile process especially Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with requirement analysis, elicitation, documentation, communication and solution assessment and validation.
• Ability to demonstrate conflict management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand and identify business need and prioritize changes/ issues as per business needs. Ability to drive and deliver with minimum or no supervision
• Knowledge on Oracle Intelligent Advisor
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Flexible to extend the working hours when needed
• Ability to work well in a team or as an individual
