Position Overview:Freddie Mac is actively seeking a Business Analyst Sr. to join the SF Selling and Servicing Guide team within our Single-Family Acquisitions Loan Products group. This initiative-taking team member will collaborate with stakeholders across the Division to implement changes to the Guide and technology process. The primary objective for the role is to help develop and deploy processes and procedures and management of the intake request process. In accomplishing these objectives, the successful candidate will leverage their FRE experience that requires a strong focus on process management, workflow management, timeline and deliverable execution and collaboration across the organization. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
