Primary responsibilities include:
· System Administration (User access control, learning assignment/course creation and deployment, catalog management, tracking learner progress, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize the platform for effective training delivery)
· Consulting on technology solutions that support learning and talent development
· Acting as a liaison between HRIS and internal partners for business-as-usual processes, application maintenance requests and enhancements.
· Working directly with internal partners to understand line of business and end user needs to solve problems and create innovative solutions.
· Support testing of releases, bugs, and enhancements of Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
The Learning Talent and Development Business Analyst Senior should have skills with, but not limited to:
· Experience with specific HR technology platforms with expertise in Learning (Workday is preferred but not a requirement).
· Adept at researching, formulating ideas, developing, and presenting actionable insights.
· An excellent communicator – possessing verbal, written, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to interact well with a diverse community.
· Self-motivated, able to work on own, as part of a team, and willing to lead.
· Capable at maintaining focus under pressure, possessing a high tolerance for ambiguity.
· Curious and relentless when it comes to finding an answer and meeting the needs of partners.
· Skilled at breaking down complex issues into manageable steps and identify potential solutions logically and systematically.
· Comfortable with challenging existing ideas and asking questions to fully understand a situation.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge with, but not limited to:
· Microsoft Tools, such as SharePoint, Excel, and OneNote to efficiently analyze data, identify process gap areas and communicate recommendations.
· Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR technology.
· Instructional design, e-learning technologies, and learning management systems.
· Adult learning, quantitative analysis, and technology with experience supporting enterprise training applications.
· Project Management, possessing the ability to plan, organize, and monitor projects.
Though not required – the following would be a plus:
