This employee can office from one of our facilities in Irvine, CA or Buffalo, NY. This position is also a hybrid role with the opportunity to work two days remote per week.
Position Summary:

The Global Vendor Engagement | Cloud Growth Planning team is instrumental in defining our company’s mission for growth and profitability. From creation, incubation, to implementation, our team works closely with cross functional counterparts to align our mission globally. The position will be key in conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis to facilitate data-driven decision making.
This individual will have significant responsibility to manage complex projects including analyzing market trends, developing profitability analysis, managing reporting/dashboards, and preparing briefings to executives. This role requires strong financial acumen to analyze SaaS trends and leading indicators across ARR, NRR, GR and Services. Such activities will require solid analytical skills and exceptional interpersonal traits to provide the business with specific solutions to improve performance and profitability.
Specifically, this role requires superior problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills. The position engages closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders and will be a thought partner with key executive staff.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support Growth, Retention, and Profitability Programs that provide necessary actionable briefings/analysis to enable senior management to make data-driven business decisions and determine long term strategic direction across ARR, NRR, GR and Services. Analysis should provide insights into performance and trends incorporating compare/contrast analysis both internally, across our strategic portfolio and countries, and externally via market benchmarks.
Develop New Business KPI reporting that supports global rollout and drives adoption. Work cross-functionally to augment foundational reporting at the lowest level to drive standardization and enhance performance visibility. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the underlying data and articulate additional data/business requirements to successfully deploy.
Create complex financial models for new business, forecasts/budgets, and growth/profitability opportunities. This will require understanding and developing key leading indicators of success and the ability to effectively collaborate with functional stakeholders to properly understand and incorporate business requirements.
Develop and foster positive relationships and transparent dialogue with the business community. Become a trusted advisor, working to effectively and proactively turn business questions into data analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, etc.
5+ years of experience in analyst, finance, or strategic planning roles with equivalent scope
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical and modeling skills, FP&A and/or project management, consulting experience.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills. The ability to effectively influence stakeholders/project teams and to be well-skilled in both oral and written communication is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong business acumen, problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with management team.
Detail oriented with ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding.
Experience in working for a company with subscription-based business model.
MBA or equivalent relevant business experience

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
