As a Business Analyst for the Services & Solutions Delivery organization, you will analyze business operations data to provide detailed insights and plans, identify trends and opportunities for operational and financial efficiency, and support growth opportunities while improving customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational planning.
**Your role:**
+ Driving process improvement by analyzing, mapping, and developing reports to support business needs. Identifying problems, proposing solutions, and tracking alignment to achieve desired outcomes.
+ Understanding customer account requirements and translating business data into clear, actionable insights for the Services & Solutions Delivery team. Communicating business needs in an unambiguous manner.
+ Supporting leadership in strategic decision-making by developing and providing comprehensive reporting mechanisms and analytics. Ensuring all processes are aligned to achieve operational efficiency, quality metrics standards, and customer satisfaction.
+ Actively engaging in monthly business reviews with leadership teams, reporting on key business results and initiatives. Providing detailed analysis for business scorecards and dashboards.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in business analytics or data reporting. Experience within the healthcare services delivery industry is preferred.
+ Your skills include working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Salesforce, SAP, and PowerBI. Additional experience with ServiceMax and AI is preferred.
+ You have a bachelor’s degree in business (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and above-listed experience.
+ You have the ability to:
+ Work individually with minimal supervision, while also displaying excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various levels of stakeholders.
+ Display a positive and driven work ethic.
+ Adapt to changing internal and external customer requirements, displaying flexibility in work style.
+ Meet and exceed goals, set priorities, and deliver on-time results.

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Pay Transparency Details**
The annual pay range for this position is $68,000.00 to $84,000.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
