**The Opportunity:**
CACI is looking for a Business Analyst/Subject Matter Expert with understanding of USMC force structure processes and strong interpersonal and communication skills to join our development team. The position will be a remote position with possible travel to customer site a few times annually.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Possess an understanding of customer mission/business objectives.
+ Interface with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs and requirements.
+ Serve as the focal point for the capture, analysis, and management of functional and non-functional systems requirements.
+ Translate and decompose business requirements to support activities such as change management processes, Agile user story development, test case development, and functional testing.
+ Proactively communicate and collaborate with technical team and business owners to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver an effective solution.
+ Assist in reviewing and evaluating work done by development team to ensure proper scope has been met.
+ Assist QA with internal test execution, inclusive of documenting results, tracking defects, and trouble-shooting defects and issues that arise out of testing.
+ Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
+ Participate in software demonstrations to business owners each software iteration and as needed.
+ Collect and analyze project metrics.
+ Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Must have active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
+ BA/BS in related degree and 5+ years’ experience performing business analysis or subject matter expert activities in support of the USMC; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
+ Possess understanding of USMC force structure processes like TOECR, ASR, GFM, etc.
+ Possess understanding of various facets and techniques of business analysis to include requirements elicitation, documentation, management, tracking, validation, and reporting.
+ Excellent analytical, facilitation and collaboration skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and/or presentation.
+ Experience using tools that support business analysis activities such as MS Office, modeling (Visio or other), and collaboration (SharePoint, JIRA, etc.).
_Desired:_
+ Experience with USMC TFSMS application and its capabilities.
+ Possess understanding of data exchange agreements and the associated interfaces (automated and/or manual)
+ Experience working with the USMC in an IT or operational capacity.
+ Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and environments.
+ Possess relevant Business Analysis certifications (CBAP or PMI-PBA).
+ Possess relevant Agile and/or project management certification(s).
+ Possess DoD 8570/8140 Cybersecurity Workforce IAT Level II or higher certification (ex. CompTIA Security+) or ability to obtain within 6 months of onboarding – CACI will reimburse for certification exam and ongoing renewal.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
