Business Analyst (SuccessFactors)

Our client requires a Business Analyst with good experience in SAP SuccessFactors and experience with HR processes and workflows. Joining an SAP implementation initiative for a large and complex organization, this resource will work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement SAP SuccessFactors and related modules.

Minimum of 2 days a week onsite is required.

 

Edmonton, Alberta (Hybrid – 1 day/wk onsite)

Mandatory Requirements MUST have at least 4 years of Business Analyst experience, MUST have experience working on an SAP implementation project. MUST have experience in SAP SuccessFactors Experience with HR processes and workflows. Experience categorizing and organizing HR data for data validation. Proficiency with various Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft 365). Proficiency with various Google applications and work collaboration/management tools (Smartsheet). Applicants may be required to undergo a knowledge or skills assessment test. Required to complete an Enhanced Security Clearance. Desirable Requirements Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Centra, Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management, and Sodales. Experience using Taleo, PeopleSoft, Org Plus, or other similar automated Human Resource Information Systems to deliver human resource services. Experience working in a policing/paramilitary organization, particularly in the area of enterprise level project planning is a significant asset. Professional Designation in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) from the IIBA or PMI. Training in IT strategy design from a post-secondary institution is an asset.
