Job Description Insight Global is looking to add a business analyst to our clients team in the St. Louis area. This individual will be joining a team dedicated to the ordering operations for our client. They will be supporting the architecture team on multiple projects. One of which is focused on integrating all of our client's services into 1 portal to create a seamless experience for customers' ordering experience. This person must be able to use critical thinking skills to problem solve and work cross-functionally with many different teams as they will be floating amongst different teams per project. This person will work closely with the architecture team to document and create design flows, create Powerpoints, and work heavily in Excel and Jira. This role is 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.
