As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the requirements management lead for medium-sized projects in an agile environment, working with your business partners to help clarify and formalize the project’s goals, objectives, and scope. You will plan, elicit, and document the business requirements to define new and/or enhanced products and services, and may provide advice on the functionality, applicability, and usability of technology solutions to support those requirements.

Ability to distill complex information and communicate in a way that is tailored to the needs of the audienceCan traverse between detailed and high-level information, understand when each is appropriate and bring information to the level of detail needed for specific situationsAbility to facilitate sessions with small to medium sized groups and lead meetings effectively, including with external vendorsSolid Foundation of Business, Technical and Domain Knowledge:
Ability to understand business objectives, define the business problem, and align solutions to reflect the needs of our customersAbility to assess and evaluate technical solutions from a business perspectiveDemonstrates ability to think like a customer and understands impact of technology changes to end usersAdditional Qualifications:
Possesses a university degree/college diploma in a relevant discipline4-6 years of demonstrated experience in business analysisSolid business knowledge of the Finance/Banking industryStrong knowledge of SDLC methodologiesKnowledge of Agile tools such as Jira and ConfluenceKnowledge of digital banking systems including online and mobile banking systemsSalary:
$60,000.00 - $111,700.00Pay Type:
SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
