Duties: * Business Analyst is responsible for leading the functional requirements gathering team * Works directly with internal customers to understand the business environment and needs * Identifies relevant design, process and specification issues and then mentors/assists lower-level Business Analysts to document and translate these business requirements * May be required to manage business and/or system issues during project life cycle as well as post implementation
