For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Analyze and visualize content management needs. + Example: I’m an MBA student and I need to know how to register for classes; here’s a direct way to do it versus going between 5 links + Interface with web teams and stakeholders. + Ensure clean HTML and effective content management. + Assist in user experience and front-end development; does not actually need to be a technical developer but needs to be able to know the language/communicate + No code changes required, focus on documentation and architecture. **Experience Requirements:** + Background in higher education is a plus. + Experience with content management systems. + Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
