The Business Analytics Analyst is integral in developing and managing enterprise performance monitoring and reporting solutions for the Executive Management and analyst communities. This role will provide analytical, technical, and project management support throughout the product lifecycle of various business intelligence solutions such as Tableau dashboards, Excel-based reports, web portals, etc. Strong organizational and communication skills, logical and creative thinking, tactical agility, and effective stakeholder management are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Support in understanding business needs related to enterprise performance and competitive intelligence, and translating them into detailed, clear, and accurate requirements documentation (e.g., user journey, wireframes, UX/UI elements, logic / calculations, etc.) Develop effective Tableau dashboards and Excel-based reports for various use cases such as tracking and analyzing enterprise performance, monitoring progress of strategic initiatives, and presenting competitive insights Perform ETL for data from various source systems and/or manually prepared data models Develop Tableau dashboards, Excel add-ins / reports, and / or basic web portals in strict compliance with business requirements Test, troubleshoot, and maintain dashboards and reports Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts and ensure high quality and optimal performance of BI solutions Qualifications Thorough, detail oriented, and highly organized. Strong critical thinker and goes through everything with a fine-tooth comb. Can focus on a task with their undivided attention and catch mistakes / errors before they snowball into a bigger problem. Demonstrates structured thinking Tableau Experience. Extensive knowledge of Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, filters, Calculated fields, Sets, Groups, Parameters etc., in Tableau Proven Track Record in Data Analytics. Has demonstrated experience in building and working with large data models Good eye for design. Understands and applies graphic design principles in his/her work, and has experience creating UX/UI wireframes in PowerPoint / Figma / Adobe XD, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to express complex ideas in a clear, succinct, and compelling manner Highly proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment. Exhibits foresight and takes the initiative to execute important tasks. Can adapt quickly to changes, develop alternative approaches to a problem, and manage multiple tasks at the same time Has demonstrated experience in project / product management and have previously used PM tools like Jira
