Business Analytics Consultant Position Summary:
The Business Analytics Consultant leads the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that optimize operational performance, improve patient outcomes, and support strategic decision-making for TidalHealth Primary & Specialty Care. This role oversees the design, deployment, and management of analytics tools, reporting systems, and dashboards to ensure timely access to actionable insights. The Consultant collaborates with leadership to identify business intelligence and analytic needs, while ensuring alignment with TidalHealth’s organizational goals. This position presents insights through interactive dashboards and provides executive summaries to support decision-making.
Business Analytics Consultant Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, computer science, or engineering. Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred.Business Analytics Consultant Experience Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence. Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within a physician network or multispecialty group.Business Analytics Consultant Certification Requirements:
Epic Cogito Certification is required within one (1) year of employment.Salary range: $110,843.20 - $171,808.00 Commensurate with experience
