The ideal candidate will:
1. Work with the Investment Office to process and validate the monthly
Sustainalytics data. Process the monthly and quarterly data, ensure accuracy
and understand any changes over time. The successful candidate will be
able to work with the investment teams to assimilate Sustainalytics data into
client decisions and recommendations.
2. PDI Custom Indexing Quarterly Reporting
a. Reporting: Account restrictions in Factset for Attribution
i. Account restrictions in Factset need to be maintained for Direct Index
reporting for both attribution and the ESG relevant reporting.
ii. New accounts that opened with PDI screens from customized indexing
team
b. Positive and Negative Account Screenings
i. Work with Investment Office to automate where necessary and
manage where manual
ii. Create procedures to address both automated and manual processes
3. Purpose Driven Investing Reporting – Work with Investment Office to
maintain and improve tools; ideally proficient in Python.
a. CVR Reports (PDI Tool)
b. ESG Risk Snapshot (Factset)
c. DEI Report (may revise/recreate)
4. Work with investment teams (e.g., Custom Indexing, PNC Capital Advisors)
and other stakeholders to identify and build new scalable client solutions and
reporting tools for Purpose Driven Investing opportunities.
5. Review and refine approach to how we utilize DDQs to support client
requested data
6. “USCCB Methodology Change Monitoring” – remain apprised of
modifications to USCCB methodology changes in the industry and
communicate to Investment Solutions for inclusion in the monthly data
processes.
7. Provide proactive and ongoing information and advice regarding new PDI
screening rules (detractor and promoter) as well as adjustments to existing
rules, where applicable
8. Project Management & Reporting
a. Implement the DDQ approach, which may be continually refined and
reviewed, with the Investment Advisor Research group to ensure data
aggregation and quality control for manager DEI analysis
b. PDI Client Preferences Questionnaire – Reconfigure and Automate
c. Work with relevant teams to automate and maintain dashboards, as well
as create new dashboards, in Tableau for client tracking and business
intelligence
d. Overall goal: deliver consistent, automated, scalable reporting across the
offering
9. PDI reporting and analysis via CoPilot
This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
