What do we expect you to bring?
 

Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience in insurance sector Good command of English Ability to make making effective analysis and creating presentations to support decision-making processes Good knowledge of MS Office tools Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills

 

How can you make an impact?
 

Creating budgets for sales, rewards, commissions, etc. on the basis of branches and channels and determining strategies and actions with relevant stakeholders to achieve these goals, Interpret and present sector data such as benchmark analysis, market share tracking Tracking performance in diffractions like branch, product, segment, etc. Making the necessary presentations and reports for senior management and the field, with analyzes showing performance, Being a pioneer in coordinating reporting systems with IT and relevant units and ensuring the usage of the system by the teams, Conducting efficiency analyzes based on sales channels, branches, products, branches, sales personnel, etc. Coordinating with relevant units in determining the incentive models of relevant banks and financial institutions
