Business Analytics Officer

The Business Analytics Officer is responsible for developing new insights through understanding of business performance and supporting strategic business information analytics by streamlining and consolidating information channels creating business value reporting initiatives. Drives self-service reporting platforms and develop program to enhance the users’ skills on data mapping analysis. The role will support the Enterprise Systems personnel and stakeholders in analyzing, assessing, quantifying and documenting initiatives to improve the processes, systems and applications used.

Job Duties

Provide analytical support for program execution through collecting, analyzing, validating, reporting, and presenting / visualizing data inputs and outputs.
Take part in the design and implementation of complex digital analytics requirements with a strong understanding of how to develop analysis around business goals.
Collects, extract, and manipulate data from existing systems for study, effective analysis, simplification, and developing business strategies.
Delivers information analytics capabilities to ensure that the organization has the necessary data and information for ongoing daily operations and strategic planning, including reliable performance metrics, deriving actionable insight from complex business data, and leveraging data to understand and improve business processes.Support the department in the development and maintenance of key web, business and marketing KPIs, definitions, and operational processes in order to support Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product and Service for the Internet Channel.
And such other tasks in operations supports, project management, shared services management, people development, customer service, and process improvement.

Requirements

College graduate of Information Technology or any related courses in Data Engineering / Digital (web) application development.Preferably with ITIL and/or Project Management certification.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Power BI.At least with one (1) year work experience on Data warehousing, ETL, Data Visualizations, SQL (any platform).Ability to read code and support applications, reports and processes.Willing to work on-site.
