Your role and responsibilities

As a trusted and empowered member of the Electrification Business Insights team you will lead partnerships with ABB Business Areas and Divisions and develop a wide range of analytics solutions using visualization and analytics to provide data driven insights for decision making.You will join a dynamic, talented, and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for:•\tLeading project teams on complex business activities (e.g., pricing, forensics, projects).•\tCollaborating with senior leadership to create data-driven roadmaps addressing critical business questions.•\tGenerating impactful analysis, reporting, and visualizations to communicate business performance insights.•\tPreparing concise written communications to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.•\tDesigning and oversee complex data pipelines for advanced business analytics solutions.•\tProviding mentorship and foster a culture of learning and high performance within the team.

Qualifications for the role

Qualifications for the role: \tBachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance).\tProven business domain knowledge in areas like Marketing, Sales, Forensics, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Service, Accounting, or HR.\tMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or related fields.\tDeep understanding of SAP data structures and configuration.\tExpertise in data extraction and manipulation using tools like Alteryx and SQL, with proficiency in creating visualizations using Tableau.\tStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
