Job Description:

We’re looking for a Business Analytics Specialist to join our Global Sustainability and Impact Team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to focus on executing and managing programs that enhance employee satisfaction and cultivate a positive work environment. Additionally, this role emphasizes the administration of engagement initiatives, efficient email management, and the coordination of an employee matching program. Moreover, the analyst will effectively report on engagement activities to drive continuous improvement and align with sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain records of engagement activities (including volunteer opportunities), track participation metrics, and maintain an updated database of recognition activities and employee achievements.Analyze data, identify trends, and prepare monthly as well as adhoc reports with actionable insights for various segments and for leadership.Supports the team with pulling specific financial reports (ie: DART), combining and organizing large data sets.Directly working with stakeholders to gather requirements, generate reports, and present findings and analysis. Monitor and manage the overall community impact email inbox, responding to inquiries and requests from colleagues in a timely and professional manner.Assists in the development and updating of engagement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, or organizational development. At least 4 to 5 years of experience in MS Excel.Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Shift Schedule: Amenability to work on the night or rotating shift (dependent on business need)Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:Program Implementation and Administration:Process matching requests and maintain accurate records of contributions and company matches.Communicate with employees regarding the status of their matching requests and provide support as needed.Process volunteer time submissions as per existing guidelinesAnalysis and Reporting:Regularly review data and reports, conduct tests, and analyze results to optimize reports and ensure data integrity and security.Address and resolve reporting requests and issues from management and business units.Assist clients in identifying and understanding trends, causes, variances, and issues related to their data.Email Management:Prioritize and categorize incoming emails to ensure efficient handling and follow-up on requestsCoordinate with relevant departments to address specific queries or escalate issues as neededOther Administrative Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records and databases related to engagement programs and initiativesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong project management and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Should have advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel (Power Query & VBA Macro) and intermediate to advanced knowledge on Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiarity with Business Intelligence Tools such as PowerBI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or any other similar tool preferred.
