Business Application Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Application Analyst to support our BPCS and SAP S/4 HANA systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of both BPCS and SAP systems, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

System Support: Provide day-to-day support for BPCS (Financial & Commercial Modules) and SAP systems (Manufacturing & Warehouse Modules), including troubleshooting issues, performing system maintenance, and ensuring system availability.Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.Solution Implementation: Design, configure, and implement solutions within BPCS and SAP systems to meet business needs.User Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users are proficient in using BPCS and SAP systems.Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within BPCS and SAP systems, including data migration and data cleansing activities.Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into system performance and business operations.Project Management: Manage and participate in projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.Programming Skill: Good knowledge of RPG, CL, WRKQRY, SQL to support business requirement related to BPCS  

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supporting BPCS and SAP systems.Technical Skills: Proficiency in BPCS and SAP system configuration, troubleshooting, and support. Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Project Management: Experience in managing projects and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: SAP certification & relevant BPCS certification.Industry Experience: Experience in the Pharma industry is a plus.Additional Skills: Familiarity with other business applications and ERP systems.
