Job Purpose:

Manages business process development, including analysis and improvement/simplification and providing appropriate IT solutions (e.g. Oracle ERP). Managing IT solutions business/internal resources and partners for the execution of projects. Analyzes systems and applications that can be integrated (e.g. Oracle ERP, Bank systems, PLC, Weighbridge, third-party applications, and other IT tools). Implement IT business solutions, including managing post-implementation Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Plans, organizes, and manages the Business Applications Team.

Job Scope:

The position requires to be well-versed: Enterprise systems reliability and business process analysis and development. Identify and provide appropriate IT solutions for process automation. Ensures seamless integration between systems/applications. Lead in the development of customer-centric services. Manage Project progress, issues, and risks. Planning Project Resources and Leading the Project Team. Coordinate with Stakeholders. No Major Issues anytime with ERP Systems.
