Job Summary: The Business Applications Manager is responsible for transforming project management through Procure by establishing standardized practices across the organization, providing strategic leadership and hands-on system administration to drive implementation, support user adoption, and resolve day-to-day challenges during the growth and acquisition phase. 

 

This position will ideally be located in Mobile, AL area, with hybrid work scheduling.  We will consider other remote candidates, with preference given to those who are able to work hybrid in an established Hiller office location.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive Procore implementation strategy aligned with construction management processes Create standardized templates, workflows, and best practices for branch-wide and future acquisition replication Design and conduct role-specific training programs for Project Managers, Project Admins, and Project Coordinators Create training materials addressing unique position needs Provide initial and ongoing training to maintain user proficiency Partner with merger and acquisition teams to assess existing project management processes Develop transition plans to integrate new companies into Procore environment Maintain project continuity during system migrations Configure and optimize Procore environment for construction team efficiency Set up user permissions and custom forms Implement automation to reduce manual work Serve as primary Procore technical resource during implementation Provide Tier 1 support across all branches Develop comprehensive knowledge base of common issues and solutions Continuously evaluate and improve Procore usage Stay current with Procore features and industry best practices Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure Procore adoption Identify improvement opportunities and service as primary Procore point of contact
