Business Applications Specialist (Quoting Desk Specialist)

NICE is looking for a Business Applications Specialist (Quoting Desk Specialist).

You will be part of a global team of pricing experts that serve as a center of excellence for quote building across NICE. You will play a pivotal role in enabling NICE sellers to effectively and quickly close deals. This will be accomplished by guiding individual sellers on how to translate their customers’ requests to technical and detailed quotes.

What you’ll be doing:

Serve as a knowledge focal point for pricing across the CXone Platform (hundreds of SKUs) Act as a trusted advisor & go-to resource on quoting best practices including CXone pricebooks, product dependencies, non-standard quotes, terms & conditions, and unique product requests Support sales by being the primary point of contact for all questions related to quote fulfillment Work alongside and CPQ Product Management, CXone Deal Desk and Sales Operations to improve the velocity of our sales motions and time-to-quote Contribute to the improvement of the pricing & quoting ‘ecosystem’ by surfacing gaps and suggestions for system enhancements, quoting-rules, automations, pricing updates, enablement materials, etc. Provide technical and process support to resolve errors and limitations associated with specific quotes Assist in developing self-service knowledge and training such as videos, PPTs, and Q&As Assist in analyzing trends around bookings, discounts, pricing, etc.

What you’ll need:

More than 3 years of experience in sales support functions either in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Pre-Sales, etc. Working experience with Salesforce CPQ is preferred for this role and/or other enterprise quoting systems Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion to support and assist others Analytical, quick learner, and highly detail oriented individual Knowledge of MS Office suite with proficiency in Excel including pivot table A Bachelor’s degree of any discipline Excellent verbal and written communication skills Amenable to a hybrid working arrangement including working onsite in the BGC office
