As a Business Application Support Analyst, you will provide support for core business applications which include, but are not limited to AMS360, WorkSmart, BenefitPoint, Salesforce & One80 Fusion.

Provide customer-facing support for core business applicationsApply strong problem-solving skills to prioritize, diagnose, and resolve customer issuesRespond to inquiries and requests via support tickets, phone, and emailCoordinate support assistance from vendors as neededAssist with user inquiries regarding organizational workflows & proceduresFollow and assist in the creation of procedural documentsMonitor and clear integration error logsPerforming other operations related functions and duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Will Have:College degree preferredProficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft M365 suitePrior experience using Vertafore applications preferredDemonstrate a strong working knowledge & proficiency in our core business applicationsStrong critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent customer service skills, including active listening, patience and concern for client issues

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $58,000.00 - $70,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
