Job Description:
Responsible for architecture of Business and IT Strategies related to the entire solution and enterprise capabilities. Translates business priorities and strategies across brands, channels and geographies into Capability Architecture requirements. Assess and communicate the implications of architecture decisions on the Capability Architecture. Determine impact of IT Work Requests to ?As-Is? and ?To-Be? Capability Architecture.
Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent and 10+ years of related and progressively more responsible experience. Leads on the formulation and application of strategy. Applies the highest level of management and leadership skills. Has a deep understanding of the IT industry and the implications of emerging technologies for the wider business environment. Has a full range of strategic management and leadership skills. Understands, explains and presents complex technical ideas with their impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels. Has a broad and deep subject matter knowledge. Has authority and responsibility for all aspects of a significant area of work, including policy formation and application. Is fully accountable for actions taken and decisions made, both by self and subordinates.
Looking for Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of the marketing technology solution, which includes POS, Dispensers, site level infrastructure, networking, and head office systems within the Fuels Retail environment. This person would be the Marketing Workstream Lead for the duration of the project in Warrenville, IL 60555 Fuel retail experience is critical - with background in POS, Back-office, dispensers, head office systems, etc. Candidates who have lead Software Dev efforts and those with fuels retail experience business and Point of Sale Back Office Systems (Retail specific) integration experience. DBA background or strong understanding of dbms and data architecture, specific to Retail/Energy is nice to have as is PMP Certification; Other nice to haves include experience with SAP Retail, POS and managing projects piloting new technology.
