JOB SUMMARY
The position is a fundamental role for the Enterprise Business Architecture team. Primary focus is on defining, documenting and enhancing business processes, better leveraging technology and automation, driving operational efficiencies and cost improvements for the Organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and manage business strategies and transformations Identify opportunities within existing business processes to leverage technology and automation to drive operational cost savings. Drive process improvement initiatives with Stakeholders to reduce business process inefficiencies. Create investment proposal models that support the organization's strategic objectives Partner with internal teams to identify digital opportunities to advance business strategy. Work with senior management and other teams to ensure that the organization's strategy is aligned with its operations Strengthen Business Partnerships, Relationships and AlignmentJOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Required. Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Lean Six Sigma preferred. Details: Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Technology industry or department Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Business Process Improvement role Must have strong communication skills.
