Job Responsibilities:

Manage diaries proactively, including meetings and conference calls. Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with policies. Handle client interactions and coordinate department scheduling. Partner with support groups and business management for cross-functional collaboration. Utilize internal systems for accurate data entry and reporting. Oversee distribution lists and technology usage. Understand group priorities and business expectations. Collaborate with assistants across lines of business for coverage. Engage in projects and training opportunities.

Professional client handling and relationship building. Competency in diary management and prioritization. Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal.
